1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is RBK GOLDMOON LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. For any question about your data, write to contact@karaxia.com.

2. Data we collect and why

We collect only the information you enter in our forms, and use it only for the purpose for which you provided it.

Project qualification form: first name, last name, professional email address, company or brand, role, country, current website (optional), project type, current situation, free-text details, desired scope, budget, timeline and company maturity.
Contact form: the details you provide so that we can reply to you.
Testimonial: when that feature is used, the content of the testimonial you choose to share.

3. Use and providers

Your data is used only for the purpose for which it was provided: to answer your request, prepare your project, manage the client relationship, or collect a testimonial when that feature is used. It may be processed by the technical providers required to run the site, its hosting, its database and its messaging. The providers used are Supabase (database) and Cloudflare (hosting). We never sell your data and do not share it with anyone else, except where legally required.

4. Retention

Your data is kept only for as long as necessary for its purpose and for the legal or accounting obligations that apply to us.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access your data and obtain a copy, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw your consent where processing is based on it. To exercise any of these rights, write to contact@karaxia.com.

6. Cookies

This site uses only strictly necessary technical mechanisms, such as the language preference stored in your browser and the technical storage that lets the forms work. It sets no advertising or analytics cookies and uses no third-party trackers. If this ever changed, this policy would be updated before any such tool is activated.
